Whether you're brand new to lifting or ready to level up, we’ll focus on building strength, improving confidence, and hitting your goals—with proper form, personalized programming, and just the right amount of tough love.

The Winter Cut

Winter Strength
Winter Cut is my program focused on weight loss. The workouts are higher in intensity to help you burn more calories and shed fat efficiently. You’ll get a mix of strength training, cardio-based finishers, and nutrition guidance tailored specifically for fat loss. If your main goal is to lose weight and lean out, this is the program for you.
This program is built around progressive weight lifting with dumbbells to help you build lean muscle—boosting your metabolism and burning fat over time. It’s low in cardio but high in results, making it perfect if your goal is to get stronger, feel more toned, and build a solid foundation of strength.
