meet stephanie

Throughout my fitness journey, I’ve dipped my toes (and legs and lungs!) into marathon running, triathlons, CrossFit, and bodybuilding—earning my NGA Bikini Pro Card along the way. I believe in leading by example and staying curious about what our bodies can do when we fuel and train them well.


I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Complete Athlete Certified, Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, and Mat 1 Pilates Certified. My coaching style blends strength, structure, and support—whether you’re training with me one-on-one, sweating it out in a bootcamp class, showing up virtually through remote personal training, or flowing with me in a hot Pilates session.

the reason I do what I do.

I do this because I know how powerful it feels to take your health into your own hands—and I believe every person deserves to feel that strength. Personal training isn’t just about workouts. It’s about helping people feel capable in their bodies, confident in their routines, and proud of themselves, maybe for the first time in a long time. I’ve seen how fitness can change not just bodies, but minds, moods, and entire lives.


Whether it’s watching someone lift heavier than they ever thought possible, or finally feel comfortable in their own skin. I live for those moments. I’m here to remind you that you don’t have to do it alone, and you don’t have to be perfect. You just have to start.

Every workout is personalized, every check-in is intentional, and every goal you set becomes a goal we work toward together.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or cookie-cutter programs. I believe in sustainable, lasting progress. I believe in building strength—in your body, in your habits, and in your mindset. I’m here to challenge you, support you, and remind you of what you’re capable of—even on the days you forget.
